Job Overview:
Stilleaux Spa & Salon is seeking skilled African Hair Braiders who are serious about growing their income, building a loyal clientele, and operating in a structured, professional salon environment.
This is a hybrid opportunity designed for experienced braiders who want flexibility, independence, and long-term business growth.
You will earn through commission-based services, retain income from your personal clients, and have the opportunity to transition into booth rental as your clientele grows.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for skilled, self-driven braiders ready to elevate their career and earnings.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform a variety of braiding styles (knotless, box braids, cornrows, twists, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and client care
- Build and manage your own clientele
- Deliver consistent, high-quality braiding services
- Work within a structured salon environment
- Provide excellent customer experience and retention
Compensation Structure:
- Commission on services performed
- Keep 100% of earnings from your personally sourced clients

Requirements (Read Carefully):
- Must have strong experience in African hair braiding
- Must be able to work independently and professionally
- Must be reliable, punctual, and client-focused
- Must have existing braiding skills (this is not a training position)
- Must be motivated to build and retain a clientele
- Previous salon experience is a plus
