Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant / Junior Bookkeeper

Cardinale Enterprises is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Junior Bookkeeper to join our growing real estate development and property management team in Jackson, New Jersey.

This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities to learn and grow within a fast-paced commercial real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
General administrative support and filing
Data entry and document management
Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Process invoices and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with vendors, tenants, and contractors
Assist with scheduling and office organization
Support the property management and accounting teams as needed

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable learning new software and technology
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Experience with Yardi property management software is a MUST
Experience in real estate, property management, or construction is a plus, but not required
