Responsibilities
- Carefully pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and organize inventory
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, order picking, and shipping documentation
- Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product condition before dispatch
- Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse distribution areas
- Collaborate with team members on order picking, packing, shipping & receiving tasks to meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and handling materials properly
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in order fulfillment, picking & packing, and shipping & receiving processes
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and warehouse operations
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload items efficiently
- Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or overseeing distribution activities is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy in order processing
