Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute menus based on client preferences and dietary needs.
Conduct weekly shopping and meal preparation at clients' homes.
Clean and organize the client's kitchen after meal preparation.
Collaborate with nutritionists and dietitians if necessary.
Ensure proper purchasing, storing, and organization of ingredients.
Develop creative menus with reheat-friendly meals.
Accommodate special client requests with flexibility and openness.

Qualifications:

Experience cooking in clients' homes is a must.
Proficiency in handling dietary and allergy restrictions, including gluten, dairy, and soy-free cooking.
Comfortable working with clients' nutritionists and dietitians.
Culinary degree or a minimum of 5 years of personal chef experience required.
Menu and recipe development skills.
Nutrition background is a major plus.
Familiarity with computer/email/Google Workspaces.
Serve-safe certification in NJ (handler level required).
Organized, clean, and excellent time management skills.
Impeccable communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
Reliable transportation.

Additional Information:

Position involves shifts between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Thursday.
This is a 1099 position.
NDA and a 3-step interview process, including an in-person cook test required.
Background check required for all applicants.
