Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – Inbound Sales

Englewood, NJ | Full-Time | In-Office

We are expanding our in-office sales team and looking for competitive, motivated insurance sales professionals who want to work in a high-performance sales environment.

Qualified inbound sales calls are provided by the company. No cold calling and no purchasing leads.

Our sales floor is fast-paced, competitive and team-oriented. We work hard, compete, have fun and help each other win. We’re building a strong culture and are selective about who we bring onto the team.

As we continue to grow, we expect to develop Team Leads, Managers and Trainers from within our organization. Agents who perform, demonstrate leadership and fit our culture will have room to take on greater responsibility and advance as the company grows.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for licensed insurance sales professionals, particularly those with experience in:

Medicare sales
Final Expense life insurance
Health insurance
Life insurance
High-volume phone sales

If you’ve worked in Medicare or Final Expense and are frustrated with the lack of support from your upline or agency, tired of prospecting, and not earning what you deserve, then you're in the right place. We offer qualified inbound calls and a strong sales environment, with training and support so you can do what you do best - sell insurance.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle qualified inbound calls from consumers who have expressed interest in the insurance products we offer.

You’ll identify their insurance needs, explain available Health and Life insurance products and help qualified clients complete the enrollment process.

Daily responsibilities include:

Handling qualified inbound sales calls
Identifying customer insurance needs
Explaining insurance products and coverage options
Completing insurance applications and enrollments
Following carrier and compliance requirements
Following up with prospective customers when necessary
Maintaining professional customer communications

Our company provides the inbound calls, training, sales process and support needed to produce.

No cold calling. No calling friends or family. No purchasing leads.

Requirements

Active Health and/or Life Insurance license
Strong communication and phone skills
Ability to work full-time from our Englewood, NJ office
Insurance sales experience preferred
Medicare or Final Expense experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working in a high-volume inbound sales environment

Office Hours

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

This is an in-office position in Englewood, NJ.

Compensation

Estimated annual earnings: $70,000–$85,000.

This is a performance-based insurance sales position with commission compensation and performance incentives. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales production.

Agents receive a $3,000 monthly advance against commissions, paid bi-weekly.

Qualified inbound sales calls are provided by the company, and agents are not required to purchase leads.

Work arrangement: Independent Contractor (1099).

Specific commission rates and performance incentives are reviewed with candidates during the interview process.
