Senior National Account Manager, Regional Broker Accounts

Location: US Remote

Main Responsibilities:

Manage broker relationships and retail accounts to achieve distribution, merchandising, and promotional goals
Build strong partnerships and conduct regular business reviews to drive performance and accountability
Translate national strategies into regional plans, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and expanded distribution
Lead joint business planning, category reviews, and customer engagements using data-driven insights
Leverage syndicated data and monitor competitive trends to identify risks and opportunities
Own account P&L, including trade investment, forecasting, and delivery of revenue and profitability targets
Collaborate cross-functionally and equip brokers with tools, training, and clear execution priorities

About You:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
5+ years of CPG sales experience (OTC, healthcare, or personal care preferred)
Drive growth and profitability across broker networks and regional grocery accounts
Lead joint business planning, category initiatives, and data-driven performance analysis
Influence cross-functional teams and external partners through strong communication and negotiation
Thrive in fast-paced environments as a collaborative, organized, and results-driven leader
Ability to travel an average of ~1–2 times per month

The salary range for this position is: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00

All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
