The team of vascular surgeons and medical staff at Vascular Specialists treats all types of vascular diseases in Tinley Park, Illinois. Offering advanced diagnostic testing, medical and drug interventions, and expert reconstructive vascular surgical treatments, Vascular Specialists is the practice the Southwest Chicagoland area trusts. Surrounding areas we service; Tinley Park, Orland Park, Orland Hills, Palos Heights, Palos Park, Homer Glen, Mokena, New Lenox, Frankfort, Lockport, Joliet, Crete, Monee, Beecher, Peotone, Plainfield and many more.

The providers develop quality vascular treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and diagnostic tests. Most of your laboratory work and clinical evaluations can be done onsite for your convenience. The practice features an in-office ultrasound technician and also provides care for leg wounds.

The doctors have a deep understanding of drug therapy and how to help you manage controllable risk factors when it comes to your vascular health. The highly-trained team offers advanced surgical techniques, but favors minimally invasive techniques when warranted. If you need surgery, your preoperative and postoperative care focuses on minimizing complications and promoting recovery.

Patients who need dialysis access can take advantage of the Ellipsys® Vascular Access System. The practice also offers the highest quality stents from Bard, Boston, and Cordis for arterial blockages and chooses the technologically advanced Spectranetics® Laser and the Phillips vascular ultrasound.

Work Schedule

FT 5 days a week; 8:30a-5pm; hours can change week to week

Job Duties

Performs routine and complex vascular studies.
Participates in endovenous ablations.
Collaborate with co-workers in the set-up and clean-up of treatment room before and after exams/procedures.
Ensures equipment is properly functioning, reports potential problems to appropriate personnel.
Ensures prompt submission of high-quality images and documents to PACS.

Experience

RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) (required)
2 years of experience in vascular (required)
