Service Acquisition Specialist:

Come join our team at Fiesta Hyundai. We encourage a fun and welcoming environment in our Santa Fe Community! Our locally owned and operated automotive business is seeking free thinking, motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Qualifications
- Dealership experience in automotive sales
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Proven track record in retail sales and customer service
- Ability to effectively manage sales processes
- Proficient in outbound sales and sales support
- Knowledge of inventory management and control
- Experience in cold calling and marketing
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish
- Skilled in negotiation and upselling techniques

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits.
Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels for optimal sales performance.
Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership offerings and events.
Leverage bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.
