Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial oversight, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions while maintaining accurate bookkeeping records. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and phone skills to support our team and serve our clients effectively. Duties

Manage daily office operations, including overseeing front desk activities, greeting visitors, and coordinating office supplies and maintenance
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and client communication
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and other productivity software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organized in spreadsheets or Microsoft applications
Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, including personal assistant duties when needed
Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence using Word processing tools such as Microsoft Word
Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person while maintaining proper phone etiquette and professional demeanor

Experience

Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative tasks and clerical support
Demonstrated bookkeeping skills, particularly with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
Excellent computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and productivity software
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with diverse clients and team members
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively
Experience in front desk operations, data entry, proofreading, filing, and customer service roles
