Full Job Description

Required License or provisional license to provide mental health therapy in the state of Florida or have reciprocity with Florida to practice as a mental health rendering provider.

Experience with serving male youth within the child welfare system.

Access to reliable transportation and adhering to all Florida Division of Motor Vehicle Laws. (current vehicle registration, drivers license, vehicle insurance)

 Assessments, treatment plans, individual, group and family sessions and the correlating documentation.

 Complete trainings and remain current on all monthly training and certifications.

 Improve clinical profession and self.

 Stay current on Best Practice and Evidence Based methods, be prepared for
sessions, and be receptive to critical feedback.

 Attend weekly clinical meetings.

 Participate and provide clinical oversight to existing and new programming, PRS/Skills groups, recreational activities, restitution, staff education/role
play/modeling, facility appearance and maintenance.

 Understand the Program; including client daily schedules, rules and expectations for youth, behavior and clinical phases, visits, privileges, health visits, school, staff schedules and training.

 Communicate with EYS administration and facility management, including
reading and responding to emails.

 Frequent Guardian, Community Based Care, and treatment team contact.
 REQUIRED: Masters Degree and Current license in a mental health discipline including but not limited to, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, and Psychologist.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess and provide proof of current professional license from the state of Florida including, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist.

Must pass a criminal background clearance.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, CLINICAL EXPERIENCE WITH RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT OF YOUTH AND
ABILITY TO PHYSICALLY LIFT 100 POUNDS.
