We are an established Certified Public Accounting firm located in New Smyrna Beach, FL seeking a service-oriented individual with a professional presence, strong technical skills, and demonstrated success working within a fast-paced professional services environment.

As the main point of reception for our Firm; this position is well-suited for an ambitious, service-oriented individual, who thrives on variety, people contact, and efficiently carrying out a range of administrative duties.

Position:

Front Desk / Support Staff

Job Responsibilities:

Professionally greet and provide direction for clients and colleagues of the firm.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Prepare and process out-going mail and Courier services while ensuring adherence to priority and scheduled deadlines. Organize and deliver incoming mail as directed.
Coordination of calendars, meetings, events or deliveries.
Provide general administrative support to partners, managers and staff, including data processing, faxing, scanning and copying. Will also assist in firm-wide duties such as mailings, form letters, distribution lists and data updates.
Set up and maintenance of client profiles within our client-management software.
Prepare and assemble reports, company materials and client documents as directed.
Maintain office equipment and supplies including monitoring and ordering of supplies.
Partner with the Administrative team with projects and shared duties.

Qualifications:

Strong Interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced tax season environment.
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
CPA Firm experience and familiarity with tax forms a plus.

Compensation:

Negotiable competitive pay based on experience and schedule arrangement.

Schedule:

January - April 15th (Monday - Friday) 8:30am - 5pm
May - December (Monday – Thursday) 8:30am - 5pm

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Work Location: In person
