We are Currently looking for (2) Catering Experienced (a must)- Sous Chef and or Experienced Prep Person with a passion to learn Catering our way and a Banquet Manager with high-end banquet expertise! You will be instrumental in preparing exquisite dishes, Supervising Kitchen Operations, and help ensuring flawless execution of high-end banquets. Your leadership and culinary talents will elevate our Catering Services, delighting clients and guests alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant hospitality setting, emphasizing teamwork, food safety, and Culinary Excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead food preparation and cooking for large-scale banquet events, ensuring presentation and quality meet high standards
Supervise kitchen staff, including prep persons and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Manage inventory control, including help with ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
Ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are strictly followed to maintain health standards and regulatory compliance
Assist in menu planning for catering events, incorporating dietary restrictions and special requests with creativity and precision
Oversee shift management, coordinating tasks to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy event periods
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling regulations and safety protocols

Qualifications

Time Management and Quick to think on your feet - A Must
Proven banquet experience with a strong background in high-end catering environments
Supervising experience in a culinary or hospitality setting, demonstrating leadership skills and team management
Extensive food production knowledge, including food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills
Familiarity with inventory management, cost control measures, and food safety sanitizing procedures
Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is highly preferred
Strong understanding of dietary accommodations and menu planning for diverse guest needs
