Full Job Description

Contract LTC Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) for a 13‑week assignment in New Ulm, Minnesota. Provide high‑quality nursing care during night shifts in a long‑term care facility. Deliver leadership and documentation while ensuring resident safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting during night shifts.
Monitor resident health status, respond to changes, and communicate effectively with team members and physicians.
Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants to deliver excellent resident care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in Minnesota
CPR certification
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
At least 1 year of experience in long‑term care or similar setting
Knowledge of EMR systems
Physical stamina to lift and move residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work nights from 10 p.m. to 6:45 a.m.
