Full Job Description

NU Detail Place – New Ulm, MN

NU Detail Place is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office & Sales Coordinator.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a growing business succeed. You will be the first point of contact for customers while also helping drive sales, improve customer relationships, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries• Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar• Communicate with customers before and after services• Provide estimates and recommend services based on customer needs• Follow up with leads, past customers, and potential clients• Help sell detailing packages, ceramic coatings, window tint, maintenance plans, and other services• Assist with customer retention and rebooking customers• Manage customer information, invoices, and payments• Help create a great customer experience from first contact to completed service• Assist with business-to-business outreach and fleet account development• Help with social media messages and basic marketing tasks• Support daily office operations and team communication

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills• Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with customers• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks• Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling software• Sales experience is preferred but not required• Self-motivated with a positive attitude• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
