Job Summary

About Bond No. 9

For the first time in fragrance history, a major, full-scale fragrance collection was launched as an homage to a great city: New York. Bond No. 9, headquartered at 9 Bond Street in NoHo, celebrates the city through women’s, men’s, and unisex eaux de parfum. Our dual mission is to restore artistry to perfumery and to mark every New York neighborhood with a scent of its own.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and highly professional Account Executive to join the growing Bond No. 9 team and support the continued development of our business in New York.

Working closely with the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive will be responsible for growing sales across the territory, strengthening relationships with retail partners, and ensuring that the Bond No. 9 brand is represented according to the highest luxury standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Development & Territory Management

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth throughout the New York territory.
Partner closely with the Vice President of Sales to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor account performance, analyze sales results, and recommend strategies to improve productivity.
Manage the territory efficiently by prioritizing key accounts, business opportunities, and in-store initiatives.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.

Account & Client Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store management, fragrance specialists, and clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing consistent communication and support.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and ensure strong brand representation.
Partner with retail teams to support clienteling initiatives and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Address account needs promptly and professionally while maintaining the Bond No. 9 standard of service.

Brand Development & In-Store Execution

Ensure that merchandising, product presentation, and visual standards are consistently maintained across all accounts.
Support new fragrance launches, promotional initiatives, special events, and in-store activations.
Educate and motivate retail teams through product training, fragrance storytelling, and selling techniques.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to support product availability and replenishment.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and business opportunities within the territory.

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury industry.
Established knowledge of the New York beauty and retail market is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to develop sales, manage accounts, and build long-term client and retailer relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Strong understanding of luxury customer service and brand presentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Passion for luxury fragrance, creativity, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
