Full Job Description

We are looking for charismatic professional to join our ONE432 family and help us build a great experience at our permanent store location at Artists & Fleas, Chelsea Market.

ONE432 (I love you too) prides itself on being an “ethical fashion brand” that creates hand embroidered wardrobe staples by repurposing tee shirt scraps and big box factory waste. We share 50% of the Net Profit with our inhouse artisan community along with sponsoring children’s education initiatives in Pakistan and have donated over $100,000 so far. Our goal is to revolutionize how the fashion industry can connect wearers with makers; through an unprecedented standard of Equality, Transparency, & Responsibility.

Key Qualifications

15 years min Retail sales experience
Customer service expertise
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Team management experience
Proficiency in Shopify POS systems

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate the core Brand Philosophy and Profit sharing pledge to everyone that walks into our booth.
Assist customers in designing/choosing the customizable colorways of our streetwear collection (Color Blocked Hoodies, Tees, etc.) on our touch screen interface.
Process POS transactions and create a memorable experience
Ensure cleanliness and visual standards are maintained throughout the day
Provide an engaging in-store experience
Capture content of our organic interactions with new customers.
