About Rayhil

Rayhil is a rapidly growing architectural lighting manufacturer based in Brooklyn, New York.

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Brand & Marketing Designer to elevate our visual identity and help shape how our brand is experienced across print, digital, web, email, and social media.

This is more than a traditional graphic design role. You'll have the opportunity to own creative projects from concept to execution, develop compelling product launches, and bring fresh ideas that continually strengthen the Rayhil brand.

We're looking for someone who is creatively driven, highly organized, and excited to explore emerging design technologies—including AI-powered creative tools—to help improve creativity, quality, and workflow efficiency.

What You'll Do

Brand & Marketing

Design marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, holidays, and trade shows
Develop creative concepts that strengthen and evolve the Rayhil brand
Create digital advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
Plan and execute weekly marketing initiatives and content calendars
Design product packaging and branded collateral
Help develop long-term creative strategies that elevate the Rayhil brand

Product & Print Materials

Design and maintain technical product spec sheets
Create brochures, catalogs, installation guides, and sales literature
Prepare production-ready artwork for commercial printing
Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials

Website Content Management

Update website banners, graphics, and promotional content
Add, revise, and organize product information using the WordPress backend
Publish blog articles, company announcements, product launches, and industry news
Coordinate website content updates with our external web development team when needed

Email Marketing

Design and build engaging email campaigns
Create graphics and layouts for newsletters and product announcements
Assist with campaign planning and audience growth
Maintain brand consistency across all email communications

Social Media

Develop creative content for Instagram and LinkedIn
Design graphics, reels, and promotional visuals
Assist with content planning and scheduling
Help grow engagement while maintaining a polished, premium brand image

What We're Looking For

3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional print and digital design work
Experience designing marketing collateral and production-ready print materials
Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout, and visual storytelling
Highly organized with excellent project and file management skills
Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Experience using the WordPress backend for website content management (no web development required)
Experience with product packaging design is a plus
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools is a plus
Curiosity for emerging AI-powered creative tools and a willingness to continuously learn and improve creative workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
