Help Shape the Future of a Luxury Jewelry Brand

FANA is an award-winning luxury fine jewelry brand known for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and celebrating life's most meaningful moments. For more than 30 years, we've partnered with leading independent jewelers across North America while expanding our direct-to-consumer business through our flagship SoHo showroom.

We're seeking an experienced, adaptable part-time Brand Marketing & PR Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all facets of the business. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking for a flexible schedule while remaining hands-on in strategy, execution, and brand growth. The position has the potential to evolve into a full-time leadership opportunity.

Part-Time Hybrid Position
Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while working with a dynamic team. This role includes occasional in-person visits to our SoHo, NYC location for media and press engagements, as needed, along with two visits per month to our Fort Lee, NJ corporate office for team collaboration and meetings.

What You'll Own

Develop and execute integrated brand marketing and PR strategies.
Drive consistent brand storytelling across digital, social, PR, advertising, and retail channels.
Manage social media strategy, content planning, creative assets, photography, and video production.
Build and maintain relationships with media, editors, stylists, influencers, and industry partners to increase brand visibility.
Lead influencer campaigns, showroom events, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives that drive awareness and traffic.
Manage external agencies, freelancers, photographers, and creative partners while overseeing budgets, timelines, and campaign execution.
Coordinate digital advertising across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and other premium platforms.
Measure campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Present marketing initiatives and recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in luxury brand marketing, PR, or integrated marketing.
A well-rounded marketer comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and multiple concurrent projects.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, content development, and public relations.
Existing relationships within New York's luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or media community are a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Experience in luxury jewelry, fashion, beauty, bridal, hospitality, retail, or other premium consumer brands preferred.
