Audi Meadowlands North Bergen, NJ - Full-Time

About the Role

Audi Meadowlands is hiring experienced A-Level, B-Level, and Master Certified Technicians to join our growing service team. If you're VW or Audi brand certified and looking for a shop that pays competitively, invests in your training, and rewards you for staying, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

New hires under this program are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $15,000, on top of highly competitive base pay and a full traditional benefits package.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, and service Audi vehicles to factory and dealership standards
Perform work ranging from routine maintenance to complex diagnostic and mechanical/electrical repairs, depending on certification level
Accurately document diagnoses, repairs performed, and parts used
Perform video walkaround for customers
Communicate with service advisors on repair status, timelines, and additional recommended work
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Stay current with manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and certification requirements

What We're Looking For

A-Level, B-Level, or Master Certification
VW and/or Audi factory brand certification strongly preferred
Proven experience diagnosing and repairing German/European vehicles
Own tools appropriate to certification level
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Highly competitive pay, based on experience and certification level
Up to $15,000 retention bonus for new hires under this program (final terms and payout schedule to be confirmed at offer)
