Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $109,000.00 - $166,000.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational improvement and strategic planning initiatives, including scoping, project management, implementation, and sustainment
Lead initiatives focused on care model redesign, organizational structure design, and workforce planning across clinical and operational functions
Design and execute complex analyses and models to support data-driven decision making; translate outputs into clear, leadership-ready materials tailored to executive audiences
Develop and present recommendations to senior and cross-functional stakeholders; facilitate working sessions and drive groups to aligned decisions
Build and maintain performance metrics frameworks; conduct current- and future-state assessments and root cause analyses
Develop analytical frameworks and models to support staffing optimization, labor productivity analysis, and workforce management decisions
Partner with HR, nursing, and clinical leadership to assess and design operating models that align capacity and resources to enterprise goals
Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter resource for junior team members on analytical and project management questions
Support development of executive presentations, implementation roadmaps, and governance materials
Lead a team of junior members, providing direction, oversight, and development support to drive high-quality work and build team capability within OE
