Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Russian Clerk to join our team in New York. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our legal operations by managing essential clerical tasks and ensuring efficient communication within the firm. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve clients effectively.
Responsibilities

Manage medical collections and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with medical billing processes and maintain organized records.
Provide clerical support to attorneys and staff as needed.
Handle client inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Utilize computer systems for data entry and record management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.
Qualifications
bilingual Russian Clerk
Proven experience in medical collections or related fields.
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
Excellent documentation review skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with medical billing processes is essential.
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
