Full Job Description

The Client Service Manager (CSM) oversees on-site print, production, and binding operations for a prestigious law firm in New York City. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant services while managing daily operations, supervising a small on-site team, and serving as the primary client liaison. The CSM ensures operational excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to company and firm policies.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise all legal print, production, and binding services, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and timely delivery of critical legal materials.
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the client; manage escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, workload distribution, and coverage for absences or emergencies.
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), budgets, and P&L performance.
Lead staff development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment in compliance with company and client standards.
Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate special projects as needed.
Participate in client business reviews and support continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing office services, reprographics, and light facilities operations.
Law firm experience strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in operational management or a client services leadership role.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing 5–10 staff members.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in office services, facilities, or professional services environments preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements
