About Us

Shlomi Mor Wigs is a premium wig salon specializing in high-quality, confidence-boosting wigs. We work with clients experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy or alopecia, as well as women looking for beautiful, luxury wigs that help them feel confident and empowered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and accountable Luxury Hair Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Shlomi Mor Wigs.

This role is for someone who is not just operationally strong, but also detail-oriented, client-experience driven, and solutions-focused.

You will be directly responsible for helping the salon run smoothly across all departments, managing team accountability, coordinating workflow, overseeing inventory and order organization, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

This is a full-time, in-person leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced beauty, salon, spa, medspa, hospitality, or luxury service environments.

Candidates without salon, beauty, spa, medspa, hospitality, or other client-service management experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily salon operations and team workflow
Manage front desk coordination, scheduling flow, and client experience
Ensure a polished, luxury experience from consultation through pickup
Coordinate workflow between production, styling, coloring, repairs, and client services
Organize daily and next-day workflow to ensure appointments and pickups run smoothly
Help recruit, onboard, train, and supervise staff
Hold team members accountable for professionalism, punctuality, and task completion
Manage inventory and salon supplies including wigs, hair, styling products, packaging, and office materials
Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing/reordering
Track active client orders and ensure deadlines are met
Handle client concerns professionally and maintain a high standard of service
Identify operational issues and improve systems/workflow where needed

Qualifications

3+ years of management or operations experience in a salon, spa, medspa, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-service environment
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience managing schedules, team workflow, and client-facing operations
Inventory management experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
CRM or salon software experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

$70,000–$80,000 based on experience
