Full Job Description

Position Overview

BumbleBeesRus is seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and creative Community Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to help expand our presence in the communities we serve. This position will play a key role in building relationships with local families, community organizations, schools, and partners while promoting the exceptional early childhood education programs we provide.

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people, creating meaningful community partnerships, and developing creative strategies to increase awareness and enrollment. This individual will represent BumbleBeesRus at community events, create family engagement opportunities, strengthen our online presence, and help families discover the high-quality care and educational experiences we offer.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Relationship Building

Act as a brand ambassador for BumbleBeesRus by actively promoting our programs and services throughout our communities.
Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, community groups, businesses, and family-focused resources.
Attend and represent BumbleBeesRus at community events, fairs, family events, and outreach opportunities.
Identify new opportunities to connect with prospective families and increase community awareness.
Build partnerships that support enrollment growth and strengthen our community presence.

Enrollment & Family Engagement

Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract new families and increase enrollment.
Create and coordinate events designed to engage prospective families, including open houses, community events, and family-focused activities.
Provide information about BumbleBeesRus programs, curriculum, enrollment opportunities, and educational philosophy.
Conduct presentations and meetings for families, community groups, and potential partners.
Follow up with prospective families and maintain strong customer service throughout the enrollment process.

Marketing & Online Presence

Support and enhance BumbleBeesRus’ online presence through creative content, social media engagement, and community-focused campaigns.
Develop ideas for social media content that highlights our programs, teachers, classrooms, and community involvement.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to create promotional materials, newsletters, and outreach communications.
Identify trends and opportunities to increase visibility and engagement with local families.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community contacts, family inquiries, and enrollment leads.
Utilize spreadsheets, CRM systems, and tracking tools to monitor engagement and outreach effectiveness.
Prepare reports regarding outreach activities, community partnerships, and enrollment initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of family and organizational information.

Qualifications

Proven experience in student recruitment, enrollment, admissions, community outreach, marketing, or family engagement, preferably within an early childhood, childcare, educational, or academic setting.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to confidently represent an organization at events and meetings.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and outreach activities.
Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or databases to track engagement and maintain accurate records.
Strong written communication skills with experience creating reports, correspondence, and promotional materials.
Knowledge and experience using social media platforms to build awareness, engage audiences, and attract new families.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience working with students, families, universities, schools, or educational organizations is highly desirable.
