Office Assistant

Josmo Shoe Corp is hiring an Office Assistant to help with multiple areas of the business.

This is a good position for someone who is organized, reliable, and willing to learn. The job will include helping with daily office tasks, customer service, order follow-up, data entry, production follow-up, and general support for different departments as needed.

We are looking for someone who can stay on top of details, communicate clearly, and handle a fast-moving work environment.

Responsibilities include:

Helping with emails, orders, and follow-ups
Data entry and updating spreadsheets
Assisting with customer service
Following up with factories, warehouse, and internal teams
Helping with production, shipping, and general office tasks
Supporting different departments as needed

Requirements:

Organized and detail-oriented
Good communication skills
Comfortable using email and Excel
Reliable and willing to learn
Able to multitask
