The Associate Brand Manager, Krug & Ruinart, drives the execution of luxury-grade marketing programs and high-end experiential platforms across the U.S. Built for a marketer with a deep mastery of luxury brand building and fine wine culture, this role connects long-term Maison strategy with commercial execution. Working cross-functionally and with global stakeholders, the ABM translates brand vision into high-impact initiatives—from strategic commercial campaigns to bespoke dining and hosting experiences that elevate brand desirability, safeguard equity and cultivate lasting consumer advocacy.
Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office
Compensation: $92,000-$115,000/ annually + bonus
- Collaborate with the Krug & Ruinart team, the broader Champagnes & Sparkling portfolio, and key brand stakeholders to align programming and activations with overarching corporate objectives in support of the MHUSA 2030 Strategy.
- Design and develop immersive brand experiences tailored for high-net-worth individuals, top-tier trade partners ensuring every touchpoint reflects the craft and prestige of the Maisons.
- Assist with the annual brand planning process in close collaboration with the Brand Manager, Strategy & Business Planning, Field & Trade Marketing, Commercial teams and Consumer Insights.
- Drive annual U.S. marketing priorities and support "big idea" development across key brand initiatives, cultural platforms (e.g., contemporary art, gastronomy), and exclusive brand moments.
- Ensure execution of marketing programs delivers volume, share, and profit targets without ever compromising luxury brand positioning or equity.
Brand Management & Program Execution
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of bespoke brand hosting experiences—including VIP dinners, sommelier and chef partnerships, Maison visits, and high-end trade/consumer tastings—setting the gold standard for luxury hospitality in the fine wine space.
- Support the deployment and tracking of the A&P budget ensuring budget allocation is continuously optimized against strategic priorities.
- Partner with Trade Marketing to design, develop, and deploy elevated luxury POSM bespoke ritual tools, and high-end merchandising assets that elevate visibility in top-tier accounts and key moments of choice.
- Work alongside Field & Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to drive seamless program implementation, leveraging local luxury market opportunities while maintaining strict brand guidelines.
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, and CC&I to establish, track, and evaluate key program KPIs. Monitor brand health metrics and gather consumer insights to continually refine brand plans..
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain agile, collaborative working relationships across Champagnes & Sparkling teams, Strategy, Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, Field & Trade Marketing, Commercial, CC&I, Legal, Finance, HR, and ITDevelop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships, internally and externally, across the Moët & Chandon and Champagnes & Sparkling teams to optimize planning and execution processes and evolve ways of working.
- Serve as a key operational liaison to Maison teams in France, ensuring U.S. market nuance is represented while flawlessly executing global brand guidelines and hosting standards.
- Lead day-to-day interactions with agency partners (experiential, PR, media) and premium third-party collaborators (celebrated chefs, luxury venues, hospitality partners), maintaining high standards of creative output and execution.
- Maintain an adaptable, proactive mindset—evaluating, adjusting, and responding with agility to shifting luxury market dynamics and evolving business priorities.

Education :
Bachelor’s Degrees, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.
Professional Experience & Skills:
3–5 years of progressive brand marketing or experiential management experience within luxury goods, fine wine & spirits, luxury hospitality or prestige lifestyle brands.
Practical/Technical Knowledge
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and bias for action in driving key business objectives.
- Proven track record in designing, planning and executing consumer engagement programs within the fine wine or luxury sector.
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and budgets simultaneously with high precision and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the executive presence needed to interact seamlessly with external VIPs, global Maison teams, and internal executive leadership.
- Strong business/financial acumen & budget management.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making
- Strong time management, project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable presenting to an audience
- Microsoft Office proficiency – particularly skilled with PowerPoint and Excel; Photoshop a plus
- Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system, a plus
- Passion for and solid understanding of the fine wine landscape and/or luxury hospitality codes.
