■ Experience: Minimum 5 years
■ Salary: $85,000/year and Above (Commensurate with experience and qualifications.)

Company is affiliated companies operating in the workforce development, education, and international career services sectors. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Office Operations Specialist to support the daily operations of both organizations.

This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient office administration, organizational support, and internal coordination across multiple business functions.

Position Summary
The Administrative & Office Operations Specialist will be responsible for office administration, organizational support, document management, internal communications, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative functions for Company
Coordinate internal communications and organizational processes
Maintain company records, documents, and administrative files
Support HR-related administrative tasks, onboarding coordination, and employee records management
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence
Coordinate meetings, schedules, company events, and office logistics
Monitor office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility-related needs
Assist management with special projects and operational initiatives
Support communication between Korean-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders
Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Korean-English bilingual required
Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, operations, executive support, or related administrative roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including:

- Excel (advanced spreadsheet management and reporting)

-Word

- PowerPoint

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams
High attention to detail and strong follow-through on assigned responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting multiple departments or affiliated organizations
Experience in operations, or business support functions
Familiarity with U.S. business practices and office operations
Experience working in an international or multicultural business environment

Work Authorization Requirement

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout employment. Employer sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.

Physical & Operational Requirements

Ability to move throughout an office environment as needed
Ability to occasionally lift or transport office materials and supplies
