Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Korean Restaurant to lead our hospitality team to new heights of excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, foster a positive team environment, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Supervise kitchen activities, including food production, food safety management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability.
Oversee POS systems such as Toast for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
Train and develop staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations.
Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet business demands while maintaining team morale.
Monitor compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable.
Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and financial reporting is essential.
Demonstrated ability in staff training, supervising teams, and managing hospitality operations effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams through managerial communication and team leadership.
Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations.
Ability to perform basic math calculations related to budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and order quantities confidently.
