1. Position: Admission Manager (Operations Manager/운영팀장)
Experience: Minimum 7 years
Salary: $80,000/year + negotiable (based on experience; discussed after interview)
The admission manager’s main role is to ensure that DreamIT ESL, Inc. is to lead and oversee all aspects of student recruitment, admissions operations, and agent management to ensure DreamIT ESL, Inc. meets its enrollment goals and maintains regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, managing agency partnerships, and ensuring a seamless and professional admissions experience for all students. The Admission Manager also collaborates closely with academic, financial, and marketing teams to support the school’s continued growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
Agent Training & Management
- Oversee the F-1 student admissions process in full compliance with SEVP regulations, including I-20 issuance and visa application procedures.
- Monitor enrollment trends, student retention rates, and recruitment performance to continuously optimize admissions strategies.
- Manage and improve the overall admissions process to ensure efficiency, transparency, and consistency.
- Supervise the admissions team to ensure effective performance and provide an excellent applicant experience.
- Train and manage agents to ensure adherence to institutional policies and progress toward recruitment goals.
Student Recruitment & Marketing
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to increase total enrollment to 1,500 students or more by 2026.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote DreamIT ESL programs.
- Collaborate with education agencies and external partners to expand and strengthen both domestic and international recruitment channels.
Admissions Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with SEVP, USCIS, BPSS, and CEA regulations in all student admissions and visa processing activities.
- Prepare and manage admissions-related reports and documentation required by government and accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate closely with the Academic and Finance Departments to align admissions operations with institutional goals.
External Relations
- Represent DreamIT ESL at education fairs, networking events, and community activities to enhance institutional visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and external stakeholders.
Others
- Perform additional duties as required by the company based on operational needs.
- Comply with company policies, guidelines, and decisions, and carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications

2. Position: Administrative Staff
Experience: Entry-level or 2+ years
Salary:
- Entry-level: $50,000/year
- Experienced: $50,000+/year (negotiable based on experience and interview)
Job Summary
The Administrative Staff supports daily school operations through clerical tasks and student services. This role ensures smooth operations by maintaining accurate records, assisting students, and supporting communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with registration, documentation, and general inquiries
- Prepare student ID cards and coordinate placement testing logistics
- Manage student data in Google Sheets and internal systems
- Collect and distribute required student forms
- Support Academic Team with exam printing, attendance tracking, and material preparation
- Respond to phone/email inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Prepare classrooms and supplies daily
- Provide in-person, phone, and email support to students and visitors
- Follow FERPA and SEVP privacy regulations
Qualifications

3. Position: Sales Agent
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: $50,000/year + negotiable (based on experience; discussed after interview)
Job Summary
The Sales Agent supports student recruitment and promotional activities while providing front-line service to prospective and current students. This position works closely with the marketing team, administrative coordinator, and student agents. Candidates with South Asian language skills are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Promote DreamIT ESL’s programs to international audiences

- Manage and grow social media presence
- Update ICN English website and promotions
- Develop effective marketing strategies
Administrative Support (South Asian Student Focus)
- Assist Hindi, Urdu, and Bengali-speaking students with onboarding and documentation
- Respond to student inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Utilize language and cultural knowledge for effective communication
Student Recruitment
- Build connections with local and online South Asian communities
- Handle prospective student inquiries
- Provide program information and guide students through registration
- Foster trust and maintain strong relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Additional foreign language proficiency is a plus, particularly in Southeast Asian languages

4. Position: Marketing Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Salary: $70,000/year + negotiable (based on experience; discussed after interview)
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will lead and oversee the entire marketing function, driving brand growth and global student acquisition. This role is responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives, strengthening DreamIT ESL’s brand presence, and expanding outreach to international student markets.

Marketing Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the overall branding strategy for DreamIT ESL programs and institution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Analyze U.S. and global education markets to identify growth opportunities and target segments
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Present marketing insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Digital Marketing & Content
- Oversee and manage the official website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Drive audience engagement and brand awareness through high-impact content strategies
Team & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and continuous development
- Establish KPIs and track campaign effectiveness to optimize ROI
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
- Proven experience in branding and strategic marketing leadership
- Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc.) preferred
- Experience managing and growing social media channels (Instagram experience highly preferred – include handle in resume)

5. Position: Finance & Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage AP / AR (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)

Job Summary
The ESL Instructor plays a key role in delivering high-quality English language instruction to adult learners. This position focuses on creating an engaging, learner-centered classroom environment, supporting students in achieving defined learning outcomes, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Student Support
- Teach adult English language learners in an academic setting
- Plan and deliver engaging, level-appropriate lessons aligned with CEFR standards
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support learning outcomes
- Prepare students for exams and practical language use (e.g., TOEFL, Business English)
Curriculum & Classroom Management
- Follow and contribute to CEFR-aligned curriculum and learning objectives
- Maintain an organized and inclusive classroom environment

- Conduct student assessments and maintain accurate academic records

Qualifications
