Junior Deal Originator Entry Level

Lower Manhattan, NYC In Person

This isn’t a job posting for everyone. If you’re hungry, driven, and tired of being told to wait your turn, keep reading.

Looking to build a team that wants to learn a real business from the ground up, put in the work, and come out the other side with a skill that pays for life. This is a phone-first, high-volume outbound role.

No experience needed, but common sense and an eagerness to learn is non-negotiable. If you’ve got the drive, over time our team of trained sales professionals will personally break this business down for you and mentor you as you grow, with the ins and outs of the alternative finance space.

What you’ll do:

Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective clients daily; this is a high volume high intensity outbound phone role
Qualify leads and manage opportunities through our CRM
Learn a full sales pitch and objection handling process from the ground up
Build toward closing deals and running your own client relationships as you grow

What we’re looking for:

Hungry, driven, and looking to build long-term financial freedom, with uncapped earning potential for those who commit
Confident communicator who thrives on a high volume of calls
Coachable, sharp, and ready to learn
Reliable, in office 5 days a week, Lower Manhattan
commission, uncapped
