Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits effectively.
Manage key accounts by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Lead outside sales efforts within assigned territories, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive account management.
Collaborate with sales teams to meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, manage leads, analyze sales data, and optimize outreach strategies.
Deliver compelling product demos and technical sales pitches that highlight product advantages and scientific value propositions.
Maintain detailed records of territory activities, customer interactions, and sales progress for ongoing analysis and planning.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in medical technology to refine marketing approaches.

Skills

Proven experience in scientific or medical equipment technical sales with a focus on healthcare markets.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent account management capabilities.
Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments within the healthcare sector.
Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, product presentations, and team collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and proposals.
Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively.
Ability to conduct product demos confidently while translating complex technical information into clear benefits for clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, territories, and deadlines efficiently.
Analytical mindset capable of assessing market data to inform strategic decisions.
Field sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within medical or pharmaceutical sectors.
