Sales, Marketing & Social Media Manager - 1099 Part time Contractor

Inspira Physical Therapy and Pilates in Brooklyn, NY, is a woman-owned and operated Physical Therapy and Pilates speciality office with locations at 275 4th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn and at 2 W 46th Street, Manhattan. Established in 2018, Inspira is a holistic physical therapy and pilates company specializing in Pelvic Floor, Orthopedics, and rehabilitation.

We are seeking: A versatile Sales, Marketing & Social Media Manager with experience creating and managing content across social platforms, sales and promotions, B2B & B2C marketing (medical/health & wellness industry preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be at ease sourcing and maintaining business referrals, building and driving sales, creating marketing partnerships, possess working knowledge of social media scheduling tools, analytics, editing and graphic design software.

Job Location: Inspira Physical Therapy & Pilates, 275 4th Avenue, Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY

Position Type: Hybrid, part-time 1099 contractor

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 p/h negotiable based on experience

Experience: 2-4 years in medical/health & wellness office or similar environment

Hybrid Schedule: 24 hrs per week: Tuesday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am - 4:00pm, Thursday 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Flexibility to cover scheduling changes and annual special events required.

Start Date: August 10/ASAP

About the Position:

Inspira’s Sales, Marketing & Social Media Manager will develop and execute social content plans, monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to help increase brand visibility, connect with our target audiences and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative in identifying business referral leads and is comfortable in making B2B & B2C in-person marketing and sales calls to effectively position the type/s of specialized care we offer that help our patients and clients achieve and maintain their fitness and wellness goals. He/she will also be a confident collaborator who will work closely with our in-house marketing team to help promote our annual calendar of workshops and special events.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with owner and marketing consultant for B2B, physician, community and other on-foot, and in-office marketing
Enter marketing data into excel doc
Drive Pilates sales and track new medical referrals
Assist in growing specific referral base and distributing marketing materials
Manage social media strategy, scheduling, and performance across platforms B2B or B2C
Plan and execute strategic social campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Build up content library and write engaging industry-appropriate copy
Collaborate with other marketing experts to develop cross-channel assets
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement
Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following
Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals

Skills:

Strong copywriting, community management, and engagement skills
Confident using social scheduling, analytics, and content planning tools
Knowledge of and ability to work with design and content programs
Strong understanding of organic growth and paid social basics
Experience with brand tone of voice and campaign consistency
Confident positioning business on phone and/or in-person sales calls
Excellent communication, business relations and retention skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with physicians and/or instructors preferred
Friendly team collaborator
Organized, poised and efficient
Understanding of HIPAA compliance preferred

Education requirements:

B.A. Strategic Marketing or Communications or similar
