Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) – Assessment-Focused Role

Manhattan | Brooklyn | Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Person - Can work as much or a little as you'd like!

Looking Glass Psychology is a thriving, women-run psychology practice based in Manhattan, with additional office space available in Brooklyn. We are deeply committed to building a practice where clinicians feel heard, supported, and respected—not like interchangeable parts in a system.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) to join our assessment team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assessment work and wants flexibility, strong administrative support, and a collegial, transparent practice environment.

Position Overview

Conduct neuropsychological and/or psychoeducational assessments
Flexible schedule with the ability to set your own hours
In-person assessment work with offices provided
All testing materials supplied
Comprehensive administrative and clinical support so you can focus on clinical work—not logistics
Excellent opportunity for additional income or a more substantial caseload, depending on your goals

Qualifications

Doctoral degree (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
Current and valid New York State license
Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting neuropsychological and/or psychoeducational assessments

We're also open to applicants who are interested in Supervision and/or Psychotherapy
