Full Job Description

Job Overview

IHL Home, a division of IHL Group, is seeking a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and growing key retail accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales with major retailers, off-price accounts, and clubs.
Present seasonal assortments, new product concepts, and licensed collections.
Work closely with design, branding, merchandising, and sourcing teams to develop customer-specific programs.
Manage customer meetings, follow-up, pricing negotiations, and order execution.
Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of sales experience in home textiles and/or hard home with off-price retailers and clubs.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
Strong relationship building skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
