BYou Laser Clinics is a fast-growing medical aesthetics brand with locations throughout New York and an expanding franchise network. Our mission is to make medical aesthetics approachable, results-driven, and empowering — BYou & Own It.

We are looking for a highly creative, organized, proactive Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who can take ownership of our day-to-day content, social media presence, influencer relationships, and digital brand execution.

This is not simply a posting position. We are looking for someone who can create, execute, engage, analyze, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the BYou social media content calendar.
Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, YouTube Shorts and other emerging platforms.
Create Reels, short-form videos, Stories, graphics, before-and-after content, educational posts and promotional content.
Film and edit content at BYou clinic locations.
Maintain a consistent BYou brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Develop creative concepts around treatments, trends, clinic openings, promotions, patient education and testimonials.
Proactively identify social media trends and quickly turn relevant trends into BYou content.
Build organic engagement by actively responding to comments, messages and community interactions.
Develop relationships with influencers, creators and local partners.
Research, contact, negotiate and coordinate influencer collaborations.
Track influencer deliverables and campaign performance.
Coordinate patient testimonials and user-generated content.
Support new clinic openings with launch content, local social media campaigns and community outreach.
Develop content tailored to local communities, Facebook groups and neighborhood audiences.
Write marketing copy for email campaigns, SMS campaigns, newsletters, blogs, landing pages and social media.
Update website content through WordPress.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, agencies, vendors and other marketing partners when necessary.
Maintain organized content libraries and marketing assets.
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for BYou to differentiate itself.
Provide weekly marketing and social media performance reports.
Track follower growth, engagement, reach, views, leads, influencer performance and other relevant KPIs.

What We're Looking For

2–3+ years of professional social media, marketing or content creation experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and short-form video content.
Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
Strong video editing and graphic design capabilities.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or similar creative platforms, Claude.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong copywriting skills.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable managing multiple projects, locations and deadlines simultaneously.
Highly proactive — someone who identifies opportunities without constantly waiting for assignments.
Comfortable appearing in clinics, directing content shoots and working with employees, patients and influencers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with operations, sales and leadership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Digital Media or related field.
Medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, wellness or lifestyle industry experience.
Influencer marketing experience.
WordPress experience.
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
Experience with email and SMS marketing.
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Experience supporting multiple business locations or franchise brands is a strong advantage.

Success in This Role

Produce consistent, high-quality content.
Increase influencer and community collaborations.
Generate awareness for new and existing locations.
Maintain fast response and engagement across social channels.
Keep all major platforms consistently active.
Turn treatments, testimonials, trends and clinic activity into compelling content.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: New York area – reliable commute required
Salary: $47,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience
