Cuba Memorial Hospital & Nursing Home is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our community-focused healthcare organization.
Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the CEO is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational performance, financial stewardship, and organizational culture of the hospital and nursing home.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- Strong background in healthcare operations, finance, strategic planning, and team development.
- Rural healthcare, critical access hospital, or long-term care experience preferred.

Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
