About the Role

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our day-to-day operations and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with multiple departments, implementing process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Identify and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Manage inventory, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships with precision and professionalism
Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to inform data-driven decision-making
Mentor and support team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Coordinate cross-departmental projects and facilitate communication between stakeholders
Document procedures, develop standard operating protocols, and ensure quality assurance
Contribute to strategic planning and operational planning initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, project management, or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership potential and collaborative work style
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with operational management software
