Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in signing up customers, acclimate them to HOTWORX, attend pop-up events, help with marketing outreach, and make sure the studio is kept clean. We are seeking candidates interested in a long-term opportunity. This position is not intended for summer-only employment. Applicants should be available to continue working through the fall and beyond.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them when they tour the facility.
Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
Utilize effective phone etiquette while contacting members or potential members. There will be many outreach attempts of new potential members.
Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management.
Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting additional items that complement their purchases.
Social media post and edits
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store presentation standards.
Make sure the facility is clean

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is REQUIRED (We will be doing background checks, and we will be calling your former employer)
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
A proactive and positive attitude towards upselling and promoting products to enhance sales performance.
Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels efficiently.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in every interaction.
