Full Job Description

Studio Administrative Assistant

Katya Young Studios is a luxury facial massage and holistic skincare studio dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and visible, natural results. We specialize in lymphatic drainage, sculptural facial massage, and personalized skincare treatments in a warm, elevated environment where every detail matters.

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Studio Administrative Assistant who enjoys creating exceptional experiences and thrives in a fast-paced luxury service environment.

What You’ll Do

Client Experience

Welcome clients and create a warm, seamless experience from arrival through checkout.
Answer questions about treatments, memberships, skincare products, promotions, and studio policies.
Build genuine relationships with clients and ensure they always feel cared for.

Scheduling & Administration

Manage appointments, scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, rebooking, and client communications.
Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
Assist with memberships, gift cards, retail purchases, and daily administrative tasks.
Coordinate the daily schedule to ensure smooth studio operations.

Studio Operations

Support estheticians throughout the day.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering, organization, and restocking supplies.
Occasionally assist with behind-the-scenes social media content and studio projects.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative and solves problems proactively.
Remains calm under pressure.
Learns new systems and technology quickly.
Has experience in hospitality, reception, retail, beauty, wellness, or another client-facing role (preferred).
Is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences.

What We Offer

Part-time position (approximately 3.5 days per week)
Shifts from 9:30 AM to approximately 8:00–8:30 PM
Starting at $19/hour, increasing to $20/hour after the probation period, plus monthly KPI-based performance bonuses.
