Are you mechanically inclined, good with your hands, and interested in learning new skills?

Trains on performing repairs for various production departments’ machinery.

Trains on measuring with calipers and micrometers.

Trains on operating saws, drill presses, lathes, and milling machines.

Performs increased machining tasks and more complex repairs over time.

Transitions to a role such as Machinist/Mechanic, Tool & Die Maker, CNC Programmer, Mold Maker, or Machine Set-Up/Operator in various departments after completion of training program (which could last up to 18 months).

Knowledge of, and experience using, equipment such as drill press, grinders, lathes, and/or milling machines preferred
