Open Positions & Key Responsibilities
We are currently looking for passionate optical professionals at all stages of their careers to join our Rochester area teams:
- Managing Optician: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing optical and retail team. Oversee inventory curation, track performance metrics, manage workflows, and maintain a premium patient experience. (NYS License Required).
- Licensed Optician: Provide elite-level clinical and fashion dispensing. Guide patients through customized lens tech and curated frame collections, capture precise optical measurements, and troubleshoot fit or prescription issues. (NYS License Required).
- Apprentice Optician: Learn from the best while completing your training hours. Assist patients with frame selection, adjustments, styling, and learn the backend tech of modern opticianry under a dedicated mentor. (Enrolled in or eligible for NYS Apprenticeship).

Qualifications
- For Managing/Licensed roles: Active New York State Ophthalmic Dispensing License (minimum 1 year of experience preferred for leadership).
- For Apprentice roles: Active enrollment in an approved optical training program or ready to register a sponsor.
- A strong passion for customer service, patient care, fashion eyewear styling, and modern tech workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
