Full Job Description

Join FOUND Study, a fast-growing, privately owned student housing company that’s redefining the co-living experience in major cities like New York, Newark, Boston, San Francisco, Berkeley, and beyond. Our properties are more than just places to live, they’re vibrant, amenity-rich communities that support students and interns during some of the most exciting years of their lives.

We’re looking for a Leasing Manager with a passion for people and a talent for turning prospects into residents. This onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, resident-focused environment and is motivated by results. From conducting tours to supporting lease administration and resident retention, you’ll be the face of the community and a key player in ensuring high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction. You’ll report to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the onsite teams.

What You’ll Do:

Lead tours, respond to inquiries, and manage the leasing process from application to move-in
Execute leases and renewals with precision and warmth
Build local partnerships and support marketing strategies to drive demand
Track leasing trends and occupancy metrics, using tools like Yardi and CRM Flex
Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
Conduct regular inspections to ensure show-ready model units
Work cross-functionally with operations and maintenance teams

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–2 years of sales or leasing experience, preferably in student housing or property management
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Confidence using leasing software (experience with Yardi/CRM Flex is a plus)
A customer-first mindset and proactive work style
Ability to work on-site Tuesday through Saturday and occasional weekends.
