Full Job Description

Job Title: Scrum Master / Project Manager – Security

We are seeking a hybrid Scrum Master / Project Manager with a strong background in security initiatives. This role will oversee Agile ceremonies, drive project planning and execution, and ensure delivery of key security-related projects. The ideal candidate has experience balancing traditional project management with Agile practices, collaborating across technical and business teams, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
Oversee project execution across IAM and security workstreams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals.
Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
Background in security projects (cybersecurity, risk management, IAM, or compliance).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) a MUST.
