Full Job Description

Client Analyst

Location: Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Analyst to join a centralized Client Services team supporting financial advisors and client operations. This position plays a critical role in client onboarding, investment account administration, operational support, and relationship management while ensuring exceptional client service and operational accuracy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. Financial services experience is preferred but not required.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Account Administration

Coordinate and manage the client onboarding process.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Support client contracting and account documentation.
Ensure data integrity across internal systems.

Investment Operations

Prepare, submit, and monitor new investment account applications.
Track account openings through funding.
Support account maintenance and operational requests.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding investment accounts and operational activities.

Client Service Support

Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars.
Serve as a liaison between advisor teams and internal operational departments.
Provide exceptional customer service while responding to client and advisor inquiries.

Tax Season Support

Organize tax documentation.
Collect and track client authorizations and consents.
Coordinate estimated tax payments.
Assist with e-filing and tax return processing.

Reporting & Quality Control

Track quality control metrics.
Assist with reporting and operational dashboards.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance with established procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
2–5 years of professional corporate experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation.
Team-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

Financial Services experience.
