Job Title: Agency Coordinator

Reports To: Agency Coordinator II

Position Supervised: N/A

Pay Rate/Range: $26-$28/hour

Employment Class: Part-Time- Up to 25 hours per week

Work Days: Monday through Friday w/ some weekend and evening shifts

Customary Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Position Summary

The Agency Coordinator will work under the guidance and direction of Agency Coordinator II and will assist with the planning and coordination of the Dads2B program within the agency. The agency Coordinator position will align their work with the agency mission and support the agency goals. This is an outward facing position and the employee will be responsible for social media campaigns that not only publicize the organization but also special events that are happening in the community.

Duties & Responsibilities

Support day-to-day implementation of the Dads2B.
Facilitate fatherhood and family engagement group sessions at assigned community locations.
Build and maintain supportive, professional relationships with fathers and their families.
Maintain accurate program documentation, including updating the Engagement Tracker (ETO), completing comprehensive case notes, and submitting required weekly reports.
Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills by maintaining detailed participant files and tracking program outcomes.
Meet regularly with supervisors to review progress, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in community outreach and represent the organization at events, meetings, and public engagement activities, including assisting with social media content that promotes program awareness.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, cultural responsiveness, and flexibility in responding to participant and program needs.
Maintain a willingness to travel locally to community sites, partner agencies, participant homes, and outreach events as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Education and Experience:

Ability to complete projects and assignments by determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation from others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and adjusting plans, with guidance from supervisor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to prepare, edit and proofread outgoing correspondences.
Strong ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, a critical thinker, and take the initiative.
Ability to learn quickly and to be effective in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must be proficient with MS Office, be a self-starter, critical thinker, and detail-oriented.
This role requires flexibility, with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to changing demands and fulfill efficient follow-ups rapidly.
Must be organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Must possess organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
