Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The Purchase Agent will support the purchase order (PO) process and assist with tasks as

requested by the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Entry of purchasing orders into system following SOP
Adheres to purchasing policies, process, and procedures
Work with PO requestors to follow the delivery if they request.
Solve invoice discrepancies issues with suppliers and accounting department per request
Other purchasing job function as required

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual Mandarin/English required for procurement coordination with manufacturing partners
