What You’ll Be Doing as a Stylist at Salon Secrets Spa:
- Deliver beautiful cuts, color, and styles while building lasting relationships with your guests.
- Recommend products and treatments to help clients achieve their hair goals and support your own growth.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in our fun, high-energy, and education-driven salon.
- Contribute to a luxury guest experience from consultation to checkout—WOW moments are what we do best.
- Stay inspired and keep growing with ongoing education, mentorship, and in-salon training.
What We’re Looking for in You:
- A current Pennsylvania cosmetology license and salon experience behind the chair.
- A passion for your craft and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Someone who takes pride in their professionalism, reliability, and ability to make clients feel confident and cared for.
- Someone willing to work some Saturdays and evenings.
Someone who works well with others, loves teamwork, and brings a professional, friendly vibe to the salon every day.
