Multi-Site Leasing Agent | Customer-Focused, Organized, Great Communicator
Boulevard Gardens & Bayonne Portfolio | Bayonne, NJ
296 Units Across 5 Communities
Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday Schedule (Sunday & Monday Off)

Looking for a leasing role where you can combine your customer service mindset, communication skills, and organization to truly make a difference?

We’re looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Agent who understands that great leasing is about more than filling apartments- it’s about helping people feel at home from the very first interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is resident-focused, highly organized, and a strong communicator with proven apartment leasing experience. You’ll be the welcoming face helping prospects find their next home while supporting a busy portfolio across multiple communities.

You’ll work closely with residents, prospects, and onsite teams to create a leasing experience that feels professional, responsive, and seamless.

What You’ll OwnLeasing & Sales Performance

Manage leads from first contact through signed lease with professionalism, urgency, and strong follow-up
Conduct engaging apartment tours that help prospects feel confident in their next home decision
Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the leasing process with care and professionalism
Confidently support leasing goals through strong relationship-building and consistent communication

Lead Management & Organization

Manage leads, applications, tasks, and follow-up across multiple communities
Stay highly organized to ensure no prospect or detail falls through the cracks
Prioritize workload effectively while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate leasing records and communication with consistency and care

Resident Experience & Communication

Deliver a friendly, resident-focused experience during every interaction
Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, prospects, teammates, and vendors
Help residents and future residents feel informed, welcomed, and valued
Bring positive energy and a customer service mindset to the workplace each day

Team Collaboration & Community Support

Partner closely with onsite teams to support smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction
Work together with office and maintenance teams to keep operations aligned and communities running smoothly
Take initiative and stay proactive without needing constant follow-up
Contribute positively to a collaborative environment where teamwork matters

Skills & Experience Needed

Minimum 2 years of market-rate apartment leasing experience REQUIRED
Lead management experience REQUIRED
Strong understanding of touring, applications, follow-up, and closing
Ability to independently manage priorities across multiple locations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable standing, walking communities, and touring throughout the day
Yardi experience strongly preferred
