Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Immigration Analyst. The position offers an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact while receiving hands-on training and growth in immigration law. At Ozisik PLLC, we focus exclusively on immigration, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment with passionate professionals. You’ll play a key role in helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law with world-class service and industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

Gain a strong understanding of various business and family immigration matters, case types, and client processes.
Assist in case preparation and petition filing, including document gathering, review, drafting, and submission.
Under supervision, communicate with clients and foreign nationals, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
Meet deadlines, manage case progress, and keep supervisors informed of status or any issues.
Organize and summarize case data for reporting to clients and the team.
Contribute to team goals and help improve overall productivity.
Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Adhere to firm standards and protocols to ensure compliance and mitigate risks (e.g., privacy policies, case management tools).

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree required. Preferred fields include Political Science, English, International Relations, Philosophy, Communications, Psychology, or related disciplines.
Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) is required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, drafting clear correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and cloud-based software platforms; experience with case management software is preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to contributing to a positive, team-focused work environment.
