Full Job Description

Schumacher Auto Group has an opening for an Automotive Office Manager. We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong accounting experience to join our team. Automotive industry experience is REQUIRED! This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to push their career to the next level.

This position consults and works with department managers to assist with ensuring all store transactions are processed accurately and timely.

To be successful in this position, you must be well-versed in all facets of automotive accounting.

Monitor and review accounting schedules and general ledger
Help manage and process the day to day accounting operations of the store to ensure that all transactions are recorded in compliance with company accounting processes and policies
Close the books accurately each month
Submit Financial Statements
Bank reconciliations
Reserve statements
Manage and safeguard the store assets and ensure that internal controls are in place
Provide assistance to department managers as needed
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Requirements:

Previous Dealership Office / Accounting Experience
Professional Appearance And Communication Skills
Integrity, A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic Required
